The design integrates the theater’s distinctive massing and its recessed podium. Two courtyards are carved into the volume to provide natural daylight, while the monolithic building form is contrasted and activated by the rehearsal spaces, creating spatial tension. Circulation cores, including staircases and service units, are functionally oriented toward the rear light void.

The rehearsal center features a transparent post-and-beam facade on the lower levels, giving the building an almost floating appearance. The upper floors are clad in translucent U-glass elements, forming a softly glowing and distinctive envelope that enhances the building’s presence within the urban context.
