The new vocational school in Balanka is not just a school. It is a place where knowledge about agriculture and plant processing is passed on, where young people are offered prospects, a place that brings economic growth to the entire village and, above all, a place where life happens. In its first phase, GROW3 focuses not only on agriculture, but also on the further processing of products. This step enables students to acquire further knowledge in other areas such as biogas production or logistics. This results in four main areas:

the teachers‘ accommodation, the students‘ accommodation, the school and the production towns. In between are natural elements such as mango plantations and teaching fields.
